Exchange & Returns

    For the sold goods, we provide free service for exchange & return in three days and exchange in seven days.

    We promise that in three days after the receipt of the goods (subject to the signing/receiving date) If there are irremediable defects with the items .we allow return / exchange if packing of goods remain the same as those we sold. Attention please !To Make sure that the size is correct when you place the order online.If the size can't fit you which you chose, you should pay the two-side shipping cost if you want to return for change. (Sometimes when you can't make sure what size you wear,please check size list on website)

     Remarks: The pictures and information are just for your reference, they are not of quality issues. The color shading caused by photographing light and monitors difference is not of quality issues, all are subject to real subjects.

     Acceptable reasons for an exchange may include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. Sellers defect on the shoes.

2. Wrong shoe style/color/size was shipped (due to an error made by myshoesid.com).

     We don’t provide return and exchange for following cases:

1. The goods sold are not from our website.

2. The goods have been used excluding quality problems.

3. The goods come forth some quality problems because of inproper use and keeping.

4. The outpacking (including the package stuffing, outer packing cases and outer packets) is damaged, and the goods accessories, specification, warranty as well as lables are not complete.

5. Items that are not returned within 7 days .
